In October 2022, Bruce Roberts was engaged by the prestigious culinary firm of Bowen & Co. to serve as the Technical Producer of the Inaugural Bahamas Culinary Arts Festival at the Baha Mar Resort, Nassau, The Bahamas

Within two months, Bruce, and his staff, Designed, Contracted, Budgeted and Coordinated over 30 separate events within the resort, including Demo Stages, Bands, Beach Parties, and Exclusive Chef Appearances with the likes of Marcus Samuelson, Daniel Boulud, and Carla Hall. In addition, working with some of the leading island-based suppliers, Bruce and his team became the only production company ever to build a concert stage in the middle of an active Wave Pool.  

The festival kick-off concert at the Baha Bay Water Park featured Island Favorite STAZZIE, DJ Tank, and the world-renowned recording Artists Boyz II Men (here is how we, along with our partner Sound Crate, pulled off the concert!)
